As an Engineering Manager you will be primarily focused on leading and mentoring a team of programmers, fostering a positive and productive work environment. You will provide guidance, support, and career development opportunities, ensuring that team members are motivated and equipped to excel. By nurturing talent and facilitating effective collaboration, you will help the team achieve technical excellence and deliver high-quality game features. Your role is crucial in maintaining team morale, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years’ experience managing small to mid-sized technical teams.
- Has the ability to understand technical problems and communicate potential solutions to the team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has experience coaching and mentoring engineers, supporting them in their growth.
- Understands the value of clear communication, feedback and collaborative support.
- Experience recruiting and developing talent.
- Strong conflict management skills
