This role will be joining the Manufacturing in precision casting producing sophisticated aluminum, steel and superalloys that will be used as raw materials in the aviation sector.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Atleast Bachelors Degree in Material Science, Metallurgical Engineering or similar course.
• With 8 to 12 years working experience in engineering related to investment casting.
• Knowledge in Aerospace / Aviation material investment techniques such as Metal Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Nickel-Base Equiaxed.
• Leadership experience, coaching, guidance and able to meet tight deadlines.

• Will lead the casting costing, review the technical and quality specifications as well as casting and process development.
• Oversee casting proceses and operations which will include sound casting parts, reviewing wax tooling, patterns injection, wax assembly gatling systems and several others.
• Support the implementation of automation in manufacturing and casting simulation software for designing gating systems for new and existing parts.
• Handle technical reviews using solidCAM tooling design, exposure with automation robotic processes.
