Key Responsibilities: Obtain and confirm user requirement from project stakeholder, develop SOW per client/JLL standard, confirm and well document the SOW with stakeholder to make sure the alignment is comprehensive, clear and specific. Develop technical proposal with cost estimation and timeline. Holds proper capability of review and screening the proposals by the sub-con. Strong ability to study and interpret GB standard, stick to the standard in concealed work and T&C Organize bidding and select vendor following company procurement procedure. Be sensitive to market price for material and labor cost, possess proper capability to review and comment the proposal from the sub-con. Managing and supervising vendor’s performance especially on quality, safety, contracting, project closing. Proactive random audit to ensure project safety and quality. Well manage the project timeline per alignment with the client. T&C(commissioning), invoice and as-built drawing management upon project completion. Setting up, continuously improve and developing small project and building maintenance SOP, flowchart and procedures. Qualifications: Bachelor or Master degree in electric engineering, mechanical, project management or other related. Over 10 years project management experience in multi-national companies. At least 3 years in manager position. Direct subordinate 1 or 2 is preferred. Background in IFM industry is preferred, especially office decoration and maintenance.
