• What You'll Be Working OnLeading engineers across Playback, UI, Backend, and Platform teams
• Driving delivery of OTT and Connected TV products
• Partnering with Product and Leadership teams on roadmap execution
• Establishing engineering standards and technical best practices
• Hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering talent
• Removing blockers and enabling teams to perform at their best
• Balancing technical debt, innovation, and product delivery
• Helping shape the future of streaming experiences

• What You'll BringExperience leading software engineering teams
• Strong technical background in modern product development
• Experience delivering consumer-facing digital products
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Passion for coaching and developing engineers
• Ability to balance delivery, quality, and business goals
