• Technical Expertise Deep knowledge of Azure, Databricks, AI and modern data architectures.
• Business Understanding Ability to solve business problems with the right technical solution.
• Communication & Collaboration Strong ability to engage with stakeholders, mentor teams, and present complex topics clearly.
• Excellent communication skills – Fluent and business-proficient language skills in German and English.
