  • Profound knowledge of software engineering combined with multiple years of hands-on experience managing fast-growing, high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive decisions forward while tackling even the most ambiguous problems, making data-driven decisions, and leading by example.
  • Passion for building reliable systems with experience in microservice architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to communicate transparently and effectively within the team and across the organization in fluent English (German is a plus).
  • A proactive problem-solver who leaves code and engineering practices in better shape than found.
  • Open to feedback—no one is perfect, and you are eager to learn and grow with your team.
  • Bring positivity and energy into the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
