Description

Role An Engineering Manager leads a team of software engineers (often full stack teams) to design, build, and deliver scalable and high-quality software products. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of engineers (MERN / Full Stack / Backend) Plan, assign, and track project tasks and timelines Ensure timely delivery of features and product releases Guide system design and architecture decisions Review code and maintain coding standards and best practices Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders Identify risks, dependencies, and remove blockers Mentor and support engineers for skill and career growth Participate in hiring and team building Requirements Strong experience in Full Stack development (MERN stack preferred) MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js Experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams Strong understanding of system design and web architecture Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and databases Experience with Agile/Scrum development process Good problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and leadership abilities
