You enjoy stepping into a role where coaching, collaboration, and problem‑solving are part of everyday life. You’re comfortable engaging with clients, navigating technical discussions, and shaping solutions that add real value. Most importantly, you’re motivated by seeing people grow and creating an environment where engineers can develop and thrive. You’ll also bring: Experience leading engineering teams in a complex operational or project environment Strong technical capability and confidence in guiding design and decision‑making The ability to build trust and communicate well across teams and clients A collaborative leadership style and genuine interest in developing others Confidence engaging with clients and supporting business growth Now is an exciting time to join MB Century the renewable energy sector is growing fast, and we’re right at the centre of it.
