YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• Model-driven systems engineering approach to Product Design, Development, Testing and Acceptance
• Proficiency in Mathworks System Composer and Simulink applications
• Complex large model management in the simulation environment
• Degree qualified in an Engineering or related discipline

Desirable:

• Working towards Professional Registration preferred

• Provide technical leadership of the simulation practice on the Dreadnought AVC project using the MathWorks suite
• Work with the Dreadnought project team and others in the Chief Engineer team to understand, define and derive the requirements placed on the Dreadnought AVC system by the Dreadnought programme
• Define a simulation architecture that meets these requirements and enables the subsequent development of lower level systems design
• Provide direction on the MBSE approach, tools and methods to the product delivery team
• Present and communicate with Senior Management and Board Level representatives on the status of the methodology and solutions based on a MBSE approach
• Provide thoughtful and innovative ideas that can challenge the norm and traditional ways of working
