Responsibilities:
The Engineering Manager is responsible for the development and on-time delivery of all technical aspects of a Product (or part thereof), in accordance with the Product plan, which should meet or exceed Nintex’s quality standards.
Engineering Managers work in partnership with Product Managers and are responsible for maintaining the product backlog, iteration planning, communicating stakeholder requests and managing the ongoing development of team members.
You will be leading a team that focuses on providing an architecture to support the efficient delivery and integration of AI-enabled features targeting team efficiency in creating and maintaining assets while facilitating cross-platform use cases and consistency. This is a great opportunity to lead a team running AI features into production and make a real impact for Nintex as well as our customers. The role is hybrid in Johannesburg.
