Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in designing, developing, and refining product development, testing, and manufacturing processes. This role is critical in overseeing project logistics, resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
As an Engineering Manager, you will work closely with Project Managers (PMs) and Product Development (PD) teams, taking ownership of 3D models and related engineering topics. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, sustainability, and innovation while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine product development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
• Assign tasks to engineering personnel in collaboration with PMs and PD teams.
• Lead teams in developing technical solutions and process improvements.
• Take ownership of 3D models and all related engineering aspects.
• Oversee project logistics, resource allocation, and engineering deliverables.
• Optimize efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs while minimizing waste.
• Manage project budgets and collaborate on cost management strategies.
• Advocate for team members by ensuring access to necessary resources.
• Maintain technical expertise across different project areas.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align engineering initiatives.
• Implement BI Standards as part of a structured program approach.
• Develop typicals as design examples and ensure proper implementation.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering management and project leadership.
• Bachelors in engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong expertise in product development, manufacturing, and testing processes.
• Personnel and project management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor teams.
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Experience with data analytics and performance evaluation.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Flexible mindset with the ability to pivot strategies as needed.
• Proficiency in CAD platforms (3D modeling) and engineering software.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
