Description

As the Maintenance Project Manager of the Estate, you will be in charge of the Perfect Room Program (Preventive Maintenance). You will also lead in CAPEX project planning, ordering and execution. Proactively ensure all public spaces and meeting areas are always in perfect condition, Plan, Coordinate and Oversee the Perfect Room Program, Create work schedules so projects are completed before deadlines, Communicate all projects in advance with relevant constituents to minimize operational impact, Lead special project assignments as assigned and ensure staff are working safely, productively and to a high standard, Provide progress reports, Maintain an expert knowledge of new processes, processes and products, Source, bid and order all parts, supplies and equipment needed for Project execution, Lead in CAPEX project planning, ordering and execution, Lead and supervise Project team and painter, Conduct weekly walkthroughs to monitor property condition and needs, Participate in all Leadership Meetings and forums, Participate in Safety Committee meetings and make recommendations to improve safety and condition. As Maintenance Project Manager, compensation will range between $70,304 annually.

Responsibilities
