Strengthen observability and operational practices, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response to support operational readiness. Partner closely with product, architecture, security, and application teams, aligning priorities, managing tradeoffs, and communicating risks and dependencies. Lead and develop cross platform engineering teams, providing mentorship, clear priorities, and an inclusive, collaborative environment that supports growth and delivery. Participate in hiring and team development, helping build and sustain a strong engineering culture.
