Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead a high-impact team that builds and maintains the engineering platform, providing the foundation for all product development teams.
  • Drive developer productivity improvements by optimizing workflows, automation, and developer experience across build, test, and deployment processes.
  • Ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability, enabling product teams to ship with confidence and minimal operational friction.
  • Advocate for best practices in cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, site reliability engineering (SRE), and DevOps to enhance operational excellence.
  • Foster collaboration among the product teams, understanding their challenges and providing solutions that empower them to move faster.
  • Own the team’s roadmap and technical strategy, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision to build a sustainable platform.
  • Mentor and grow your team, supporting their career development, and fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and psychological safety.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers on architectural decisions, ensuring platform solutions are robust, scalable, and secure.
  • Lead incident response processes and promote a blameless postmortem culture, turning issues into learning opportunities.
