THE ROLE
As an Engineering Manager on our R&D Platform team, you’ll be at the forefront of building scalable, reliable solutions that directly impact healthier lives. We’re looking for a leader with a strong technical background in backend and platform thinking, who can guide our teams in building the foundational services and developer tools that empower the entire engineering organization.
You will lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and delivering resilient platform services, while also mentoring engineers and helping them grow their careers. You’ll partner with leaders across the company to drive platform adoption and ensure our technology stack meets the needs of a rapidly scaling health tech company.
In this specific role, you will be responsible for building League’s platform configuration tool, and its adoption by other developers and customers. This tool is a generic framework that transforms the domain model into a UI based configuration author flow. Experience in building such or similar tools will be considered a significant asset.
