  • The Engineering Manager will be responsible for: Setting the technical strategy, architecture and roadmap for the team, in line with wider engineering and product goals
  • Leading, coaching and growing a top-tier team of engineers, ranging from Staff level to ‘Mid’
  • Leading design reviews and driving consistent API and architecture standards across teams and services
  • Working closely with counterparts in product management, balancing feasibility, priorities and strategy
  • Anticipating and resolving complex issues that cross team boundaries
  • Helping to spot gaps in the team, develop people and hiring the skills/people needed to progress
  • Stay hands-on with coding, complex technical challenges and architecture
