Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of complex medical device development projects from concept to commercialisation.
  • Act as technical lead, guiding multidisciplinary engineering and design teams.
  • Build and grow relationships with strategic medical and scientific clients.
  • Create proposals, project plans, budgets and commercial quotations.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within ISO 13485 quality requirements.

  • Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Design Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A strong understanding of product development, CAE tools, manufacturing processes and material selection.
  • Knowledge of high-volume manufacturing methods, including injection moulding.

What's on Offer?

  • Competitive salary with paid overtime.
  • Substantial annual profit-related bonus.
  • Additional July and December bonus payments.
  • Up to 32 days' holiday with long-service increases.
  • 37-hour week with half-day Fridays.
  • Contributory pension scheme.
  • Private healthcare (subject to eligibility).
  • Cycle to Work and childcare schemes.
  • Annual parking permit.
  • Extensive training, mentoring and career development.
  • Active social and sports programme.
  • Prestigious company events including Warwick Castle Christmas celebrations.
