This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Engineering Manager in Europe. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead distributed product teams across Europe and LATAM, driving technical excellence, team growth, and impactful delivery. You will partner closely with Product and Design to transform ambitious ideas into tangible customer outcomes while fostering a high-performing and motivated engineering team. Your role balances execution, technical oversight, and people leadership, ensuring that projects are delivered predictably, architectures are robust, and engineers have the support they need to succeed. You will also contribute to hiring and onboarding, simplify systems where possible, and maintain a culture of collaboration, clarity, and accountability. By aligning teams and providing clear direction, you will help the organization scale efficiently while maintaining high-quality outcomes. Accountabilities: Lead distributed product-engineering teams, ensuring smooth execution, clear priorities, and predictable delivery. Partner with Product and Design to define outcomes, co-own delivery plans, and maintain focus on customer impact. Provide technical oversight, challenge architectures, review designs, and manage risks effectively. Coach engineers on performance, growth, and technical excellence, promoting a culture of mentorship. Facilitate hiring, onboarding, and talent development to strengthen team capabilities and ownership. Align across teams, unblock dependencies, and communicate progress and decisions to stakeholders clearly. Continuously simplify systems, improve processes, and maintain high standards for code quality and operational practices. Proven experience as an Engineering Manager leading distributed product teams in a B2B SaaS environment. Strong project-management skills: able to create plans with dates, owners, and risks, and manage scope effectively. Solid technical judgment to evaluate architecture, spot risks, and provide guidance without hands-on coding daily. Experience in performance management: giving feedback, documenting outcomes, and making fair, timely decisions. Excellent communication skills: clear, outcome-oriented, and able to convey complex information effectively. Customer-focused mindset: committed to delivering work that improves user experience and outcomes. Ability to foster a collaborative, autonomous, and high-performing team culture. Nice to have: experience with TypeScript/Node.js, React, NoSQL, AWS, GTM workflows, and startup scaling. Fully remote work across Europe and LATAM with flexible schedules.
