Your role will significantly influence the engineering landscape and operational success. \n Accountabilities Drive department-wide conversations around technical issues and engineering practices, suggesting improvements and ideas. Ensure the team builds software that is architecturally consistent and of high quality, establishing patterns and best practices. Coordinate with engineering and product leads to define, prioritize, and task projects that help us meet business objectives. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews to promote team members' growth. Cultivate a sense of ownership and belonging within the team. Requirements 9+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related technical discipline with a strong coding background in languages such as C, C++, Java, JavaScript, Go, Ruby, Rust, or Python. 3+ years of experience in people management. Proven ability to manage and design a data strategy and lead the development of scalable data pipelines and integrations. Familiarity with cloud environments and tools like Azure or similar. Experience working with both relational and non-relational data stores. Benefits Competitive salary range starting from $140,400.00 to $372,300.00 per year.
