  As an Engineering Manager Reporting/Analytics, you’ll play a crucial role in leading our talented engineering team to success. The team is composed of Snowflake engineers and SAP Reporting/Analytics experts that collaborate closely. You’ll oversee the development lifecycle and ensure that our projects are delivered on-time and within scope. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• Proven experience in leading engineering teams, 3-5 years.
• Strong technical background in SAP Reporting (SAP SAC, SAP Datasphere, CDS-views, Snowflake) development.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Enthusiastic about mentoring and developing team members.

• Overseeing the Reporting/Analytics engineering team’s daily operations, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Leading the adoption of best practices in Reporting/Analytics development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Facilitating continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

What we have to offer
Gross annual salary between €95.000 and €145.000
