This role is ideal for an Engineer looking to take the step up in their career and progress into a management role. As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for providing lead technical expertise. You will maintain a roadmap of planned and potential plant continuous improvement initiatives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for delivering increased site capacity through capital projects. You will also coordinate with engineering and maintenance to ensure reliability excellence.

The Role :

• Lead and manage R&D engineering projects from concept to production.
• Oversee product design, prototyping, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on innovation and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Mentor and develop a highperforming engineering team.

The Person :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• Experience in product development, preferably in HVAC or related industries.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problemsolving skills.
• Experience with CAD, simulation tools, and product testing.
