We’re now scaling our engineering team and looking for a hands-on, startup-savvy Engineering Manager to help us level up. The majority of our development team is based in BC so we’re ideally looking for someone there but will also consider applicants from AB and ON where we also have teams.

• Lead a small, focused product engineering team that ships fast and ships often
• Jump into code reviews, architecture sessions, and complex problem solving
• Work closely with product and design to turn ideas into high-impact features
• Help engineers grow in both their craft and their careers
• Bring clarity to projects, unblock teams, and keep everything moving
• Promote technical excellence, security, performance, and reliability
• Advocate for modern dev practices like CI/CD, test automation, and observability
• Roll up your sleeves—this role is still technical, and we want you involved in the trenches
