Eram Talent is in search of an experienced Engineering Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role requires a dynamic leader who will oversee engineering projects and ensure they are executed efficiently and meet all quality and safety standards. The Engineering Manager will collaborate with various departments, manage budgets, and drive innovation in engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Direct and manage engineering teams to successfully deliver projects on time and within budget. Develop project plans, scope, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Mentor and guide engineers in best practices, performance, and professional development. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and integration of engineering solutions. Analyze engineering challenges and recommend solutions for improvement and efficiency. Monitor market trends and regulatory requirements to keep the engineering team informed. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all projects. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering department. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred. At least 10 years of experience in engineering management, with a strong background in the energy or construction industries. Demonstrated leadership abilities and previous experience managing engineering teams. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian engineering landscape and local regulations is advantageous. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
