As part of our global strategic expansion, Sedgman is expanding its European head office in Frankfurt, Germany .  This marks an exciting chapter in our growth as we support major critical raw materials projects. To support this growth, we’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Frankfurt team. As the Engineering Manager, you will lead and manage engineering design activities, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project objectives, and Sedgman’s standards. You will also contribute to engineering estimating and support tender development, playing a key role in project planning and execution. In this newly created role, your key responsibilities will be: * Lead and manage multi-disciplinary design teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. * Support engineering estimating and tender preparation activities. * Ensure design outputs meet client expectations, safety standards, and commercial objectives. * Coordinate design reviews and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with global teams to optimise design resources and capabilities. * Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and Safety in Design principles. * Champion quality management and innovation in engineering design processes.
