Description

At least five years to 8 years of relevant software engineering experience, including a minimum of a couple of years leading a team of engineers.
Hands-on full-stack development experience across back-end and front-end technologies, with strong programming fundamentals.
Practical experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and working with product managers in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of coding, system design and modern software engineering practices, including testing and automation.
Experience building cloud-based SaaS products, ideally using AWS or Azure. Other cloud platforms will also be considered.
Experience with web and API development, plus a working understanding of DevOps, SRE and software delivery lifecycle practices.
Strong stakeholder management, prioritisation, coaching and mentoring skills. Exposure to AI-assisted software development is an advantage.
