THIS IS THE JOB

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to lead the technical delivery of our IT Roadside product line. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, scalable technology solutions. You’ll be responsible for guiding a cross-functional engineering squad through the full development lifecycle - ensuring technical excellence, timely delivery, and alignment with business goals.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical depth with a genuine passion for people leadership. You’ll be expected to mentor and inspire your team, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and collaborate closely with product, architecture, and delivery teams.
