Description

They are responsible for the planning and structuring of engineering activities in global projects for customized, turnkey large-scale plants and plant components.
You will ensure the management and control of all engineering activities according to quality, cost, and schedule criteria.
Together with our subsidiaries at home and abroad, as well as with our external partners, you will independently define processing packages for engineering services and coordinate these between the individual specialist technologies, subsidiaries and external partners.
They oversee and monitor the processing procedures within their area of responsibility and ensure effective and efficient interface management (both internal and external).
In your role, you represent your topics through continuous internal and external coordination and communication.
They accompany both the offer and, primarily, the execution phase of the projects and play a key role within the offer and order organization as well as in relation to the customer.
They ensure compliance with the applicable technical regulations and support the continuous improvement process during both the offer and execution phases.
They define and coordinate the technical tools to be used across all disciplines and ensure the timely and high-quality data transfer between the systems used.
To be able to fulfill the tasks mentioned above, you have sufficient knowledge of nucera products and keep yourself up to date on technical changes.

You have successfully completed a technical degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering or a comparable field of study.
You have several years of professional experience in project/order management of large industrial plants, ideally as a Lead Engineer in the (large-scale) plant engineering industry.
They analyze schedules and optimize the consequences of changes in the process.
They like to take initiative in their work and always act responsibly.
They possess the ability to present complex issues simply and understandably and can communicate effectively across various hierarchical levels.
They are characterized by a very high ability to structure, assert, and implement ideas.
They see themselves as strong team players and know how to motivate others to collaborate effectively. They never lose sight of the results or our customers.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications as well as secure user knowledge of common engineering tools and ERP systems.
Since our projects are global, regular national and international business trips are required. Therefore, you need excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level in both), both written and spoken.
Thanks to your intercultural competence, you work successfully with project team members from different cultures towards a common goal.
