Responsibilities
  • Provide direction, mentorship, and support to engineers, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize best project outcomes.
  • Offer technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex engineering problems, providing insight and direction to the team.
  • Collaborate with the other departments (such as project management, design, and operations) to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs to enhance team members’ skills and capabilities.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by identifying opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and technological advancement within the engineering domain.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions and maintain project timelines.
  • Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
  • Facilitate clear communication within the engineering team and with stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed about project progress, changes, and challenges.
  • Oversee Engineering projects from initiation through completions, enduring to adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Ensure engineering solutions are technically sound and meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Review and approve engineering designs, plans, and specifications.

    Pay: $112,320.00-$147,680.00 per year
