REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical / Electronic or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering management working directly with project engineering teams dealing with hydraulic parts for offshore equipment and services
• Possess strong leadership skills in managing team of engineers and assistants in performing daily engineering tasks is mandatory.

• Lead and develop the engineering team to deliver high-quality designs, maintain product performance, and adopt new technologies.
• Plan and manage complex engineering projects , including technical specifications, detailed plans, and interfacing work.
• Oversee product quality and documentation , ensuring compliance with company standards, ISO 9001 requirements, and approval of engineering drawings.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying design shortcomings, resolving hydraulic product quality issues, and recommending enhancements.
• Manage departmental resources and coordination , including budget, manpower, tools, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration with production, projects, procurement, and applications.
