Job Description
Mariana Tek by Xplor builds innovative and intuitive solutions that enable boutique fitness studio owners to connect their clients with amazing fitness experiences. Pilates. Yoga. Bootcamp. Barre — you name it. We offer the services they need, so they can focus on what really matters — helping their members and clients succeed. We take all the complexities of running a studio and make it easy to use, brand-centric, and fitness-focused.
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Studio team creating the best in-studio and studio management experiences in the industry. You are someone who loves to build, lead, and mentor development teams in a face-paced environment. We’re growing quickly and have a lot of impactful features to deliver.
The Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a cross-functional team of software engineers. You will own the Mariana Tek Admin application, the studio-facing software that runs day-to-day operations and point of sale, and be responsible for delivering strategic product and technical initiatives to grow the business. In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring consistent delivery and help steer the technology stack and engineering processes to be as efficient as possible. You will be accountable for growing the engineers on your team and helping them progress along their career path.
The Studio team is fully remote and primarily based in North America, but will sometimes work with contractors in EU or other time zones.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Able to create a culture that fosters high performing teams with a focus on developing their talents and passions.
  • Experience in delivering scalable, maintainable, extensible, and performant software.
