Learn more at TradeBeyond.com About the Role We are looking for a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead multi-streams of engineering teams . In this role, you will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals and drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Development: · Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. · Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to support continuous growth. Technical Guidance: · Oversee the technical direction of the assigned squads, ensuring best practices in software development, testing, and deployment. · Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision. · Agile Methodologies: Implement and promote Agile practices , ensuring effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups. · Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and manage expectations. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: · Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and Professional Services, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on squad performance and project status. Cultivate Technical Excellence: · Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within your team, ensuring high performance and accountability. · Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder team progress, fostering a supportive environment for innovation.
