We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is data-driven and prefers gathering and presenting objective measurements over simply narrating issues.
This position involves extensive training across several technical processes, including mechanical drilling, lamination, laser drilling, morphological analysis, and more. Over time, the individual will contribute to Quality Control, Failure Analysis, and Process Development efforts.
The main objective of this position is to support manufacturing our substrates; along production support, there will be opportunities to work on development work.
The role requires a strong commitment to learning and the ability to support engineers by reporting on various processes. Prior experience in high-density interconnect (HDI) fabrication is not required—comprehensive training will be provided over several months.

Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma; an associate degree is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Capable of standing for extended periods
Flexible with work hours, including availability on weekend
