Role Description In this full-time, on-site role located in Windsor, CA, the Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing high-performance broiler equipment. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating detailed mechanical designs and 3D models, conducting prototype testing, and ensuring design compliance with industry standards. The role involves utilizing cutting-edge design software to deliver innovative, reliable, and cost-effective solutions. Additionally, the role supports engineering projects from initial concept to production while addressing design challenges and optimizing manufacturability. Qualifications Pay Rate: $75,000 – 100,000 Skilled in Design Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Product Design, 3-5 years' experience Experience in Machine Design with a focus on creating durable, reliable systems Advanced knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (SolidWorks) for modeling and drafting Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize designs for manufacturability Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience in manufacturing or the foodservice equipment industry is a plus Familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards is beneficial Industry Machinery Manufacturing Employment Type Full-time
