THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and process-savvy Business Operations Director in Engineering (IC) to support and enhance our software product development organization. While this role does not have direct reports, it requires a high degree of influence across engineering, product management, and related teams.
You will drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, managing development tools, and ensuring alignment across teams. Your ability to connect people, tools, and workflows will be crucial to improving execution efficiency, visibility, and predictability across our engineering and product organizations.
