Description

ou are responsible for the stable, secure and scalable operation of our platform and continuously develop the underlying operational processes.
You establish and optimize processes for incident management, service management, and operational platform management.
You define, maintain, and document operational standards, technical documentation, and audit evidence.
You monitor service levels, analyze operational metrics, and derive measures for the continuous improvement of our platform.
You coordinate technical requirements with hardware, cloud and software partners as well as external service providers.
You ensure that data protection requirements, technical and organizational measures (TOMs), compliance requirements, and regulatory requirements are appropriately implemented and documented.
