Job Title: 10-Week Operations Internship Program – Engineering  Location:  Muscat, Oman About the Program:  Our 10-week Rotational Internship Program offers an inside look at how we operate and helps you determine if our culture is the right fit for you. It’s your chance to showcase your skills, demonstrate a success-driven mindset, and explore exciting opportunities.  At Weatherford, we’re driving innovation, advancing sustainability, and shaping the future of energy. Through this program, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations, develop valuable professional skills, and discover where your strengths and interests align.    What You’ll Do:  Gain exposure to several key departments such as R&M, Field Operations, Quality,  Sales, and more.  Contribute to real-world projects that drive safe, efficient, and sustainable energy operations.  Collaborate with seasoned professionals and benefit from  mentorship and technical guidance.  Consistently apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all activities to ensure full compliance and a safe working environment.  Engage in training sessions, networking events, and career development workshops.    What We’re Looking For:  Currently enrolled in a Final year of University pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, Chemical, Petroleum, or related fields).  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.  Demonstrate awareness, understanding, and skills necessary to work in a diverse environment.  Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a fast-paced environment.  Passionate about engineering and eager to take a hands-on approach to real-world challenges.  Fluent in written and spoken English  Candidates who have legal authorization to work in the country of application without the need for sponsorship or employment restrictions.  Program Details:  Duration: 10 weeks  Start Date: June 1st 2026 End Date: August 8th 2026 Compensation: Paid    Why Join Us?  Join a company at the forefront of energy innovation and sustainability.  Gain hands-on exposure to multiple disciplines and cutting-edge technologies.  Work on meaningful projects that drive global energy security and support the energy transition.  Build a powerful professional network and launch your career with a trusted industry leader.    Future Career Path  While not guaranteed, successful completion of this internship may lead to consideration for a permanent position as a Field Engineer through our NextGen Field Engineer Program.
