Exciting Projects Await Our Civil Structures team is trusted to deliver some of the most interesting and challenging infrastructure in Hawkes Bay and Gisborne, including several multi-discipline projects where you’ll have the opportunity to grow your skills across a range of construction sectors. Upcoming works include one-of-a-kind projects, bespoke bridges, and large infrastructure delivered for local communities. We also offer the opportunity to grow your professional network, working with a diverse set of Clients, sub-contractors, and stakeholders across multiple sectors. The Ideal Candidate We welcome applications at various levels of experience for the following opportunities: Project Manager – Structures BE, NZCE or Diploma in Civil Engineering (ideally Level 7/8 NZQF) 10+ years post-graduate civil construction experience Proven track record of strong leadership and stakeholder relationships Robust commercial acumen including cost control and programming Project Engineer – Structures BE, NZCE or Diploma in Civil Engineering (ideally Level 7/8 NZQF) 5+ years of structural/civil construction experience Experienced in design and construct projects, staff and subcontractor management Strong financial, communication, and technical skills Site Engineer – Structures Degree in Civil Engineering and knowledge of NZ standards 3+ years’ experience in heavy civil, bridges, or concrete structures Full class 1 NZ driver’s licence Exceptional organisational, multitasking, and health & safety skills Good Work Equals Good Benefits Company vehicle KiwiSaver employer contributions Fuel discount card Parental leave top-ups and return to work support Family scholarships Ongoing training, career progression, and development Great discounts with multiple retailers Life insurance and medical cover (eligibility period applies) We genuinely care about our people, supporting wellbeing and professional growth with every opportunity.
