Job Description Receive, log, and prioritize all maintenance requests from guests and internal departments. Coordinate with Engineering team members to ensure tasks are assigned and completed promptly. Maintain accurate records of requests, work orders, and completion times. Follow up with departments or guests to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily. Assist in preparing daily job allocations, reports, and shift handovers. Monitor and track preventive maintenance schedules and support administrative tasks. Handle telephone calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently. Support the Chief Engineer/Engineering Supervisors with documentation and departmental coordination. Ensure compliance with Hilton standards and procedures in all record-keeping. Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the Engineering department. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Previous experience in an administrative or order-taking role, ideally within Engineering or Hospitality. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with maintenance management systems is an advantage. Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. A collaborative, team-focused mindset.
