Description
Description Planning & Portfolio Management Collaborate with the CTO to formulate the engineering work plan (sprints, quarterly, and annual) for all development projects across teams in Israel and globally. Manage the project portfolio: implement prioritization, track progress, and ensure alignment with organizational and technological objectives. Maintain project Gantt charts and the technology/product roadmaps. Execution Oversight & Reporting Track project progress against scope, timelines, and budget, and monitor SLA compliance for each development center globally. Create and maintain dashboards and status reports for company leadership, XFAB managers, and development managers. Monitor relevant project KPIs, such as velocity and delivery predictability. Global Process Standardization Implement appropriate project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum / Kanban / Hybrid) where needed. Establish global processes for issue escalation, code reviews, and release cycles. Act as the "process owner" for all working procedures, tracking, status meetings, retrospectives, and other related activities. Optimize processes and analyze technological bottlenecks. Dependencies & Resource Alignment Manage and identify dependencies between teams, projects, and external vendors, from initial availability to managing unforeseen issues, backlogs, and synchronizing across time zones and holidays. Support the planning of technological resource allocation based on prioritization and global resource utilization. Develop both short-term and long-term capacity plans. Communication & Stakeholder Management Ensure continuous coordination between the Development, Product, and executive management teams. Manage change control processes and stakeholder alignment, including raising red flags and securing approval for changes to project plans. Shared Task Management Infrastructure Administer shared systems (Jira, Confluence, Slack, Git, etc.) for all development centers. Ensure data integrity and consistent, valid reporting across all teams. Requirements 3+ years of experience in PMO, program/project management, or similar roles in tech environments. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Kanban). Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Gantt charts, etc.). Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manage KPIs, track performance, and optimize processes. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with executives and cross-functional teams. Ability to work across time zones and coordinate with global development centers. Independent, detail-oriented, and highly organized. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, or related field – advantage. Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
