DESCRIPTION

• Drive and ship large, multi-functional programs and feature areas. * Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent features, including scope, requirements, timelines, and prioritization. * Day-to-day tasks include program management, execution, and risk assessments to meet overall program goals. * Foster collaboration across a broad team of cross-functional partners to formulate roadmaps. * Play an active role in improving capabilities being built in the Apple Services Engineering organization. * Help set the strategy and communicate status and issues to stakeholders at all levels. * Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data Science, QA, Legal, Finance, Privacy, Anti-Fraud, Business Operations, and other organizations to develop and enhance Apple Services Engineering’s suite of features.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in executing cross-functional and cross-organization project management, including working with diverse teams, navigating organizational landscapes, building relationships, and driving project delivery.
• Ability to understand and extract actionable plans from complex technical discussions and translate them into concise messaging for multi-functional and executive status reporting.
• A deep understanding of the ML Lifecycle and exposure to Generative AI.
• Experience building global products through collaboration with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Design, and other key partners.
• Consistent track record of shipping complex customer-facing and backend engineering projects under demanding timelines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong facilitation skills for requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills for all levels of an organization.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, organize, and create order.
