The WW Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) focus on developing and deploying worldwide sales programs and standard processes to deliver the best customer experience in the Channel, and drive Apple Channel sales. With deep functional expertise in digital, physical and people enablement spaces, WW CSO closely collaborate with many multi-functional teams at both WW and regional levels. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced AI Engineering Program Manager to join the Applied Commerce & Gen AI Team and drive our AI product initiatives. The ideal candidate has a blend of commerce domain knowledge, a deep understanding of AI technologies, particularly in the realm of generative models, and proven experience in managing large-scale projects. This leader is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of AI products and features. This includes working with multi-functional teams to define requirements, develop timelines, track progress, and ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations. DESCRIPTION You will coordinate and drive early engagements on product architecture, feature definition and program execution. This includes collaborating with all partner organizations relevant for a project, You will: Communicate: Provide clear, timely and objective communication, including regular program status updates and critical issues as needed to executive team Coordinate: Coordinate discussions and break down complex issues into discussion topics to drive engineering and design alignment with support from project team, maintaining an orientation toward teamwork and collaboration Plan: Create and manage project timelines with clear dependencies, critical path and systematic methodology to communicate status. Manage risks and mitigations, and re-plan as events warrant. Drive alignment across the organization and between teams Implement: Drive on time delivery and deployment, identifying development and feasibility needs, establishing achievements for checkpoints and status updates Problem solve: Proactively identify issues and solutions, and marshal resources necessary to attack and resolve. Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks and track risks to schedule and product quality, including multi-functional dependencies MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 8 years in technical program/project management, preferably in AI product domains. Experience in commerce is a strong advantage. Previous experience with generative AI models, technologies, and applications. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Information Technology, Business or related field Degree. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Analytical and strategic problem solver. Problem solver with a proactive approach. Collaborative approach and a great teammate. Passionate about AI and its potential in commerce. MBA or equivalent (preferred)
