We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Engineering Program Manager to lead both new product launches and existing product variants through structured development processes. If you thrive in cross-functional environments, know how to navigate phase/gate systems, and enjoy driving programs from concept through execution, this Engineering Program Manager role is for you.

• Lead new product and current product variant development from start to finish
• Prepare and manage detailed schedules and cost estimates using Microsoft Project or similar tools
• Gain buy-in from cross-functional teams and leadership on program deliverables
• Communicate progress, risks, and status updates directly to stakeholders and executives
• Re-plan and adjust project milestones as needed to hit objectives
• Ensure all documentation meets internal and customer expectations
