DESCRIPTION The iPhone Engineering Program Management team is seeking a passionate and driven System Engineering Program Specialist (EPS) who thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail. In this role, you will support iPhone hardware programs by managing module and component allocations across cross-functional teams, coordinating program logistics, maintaining program budgets, all while adhering to the highest standards of product security. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented collaborator with strong prioritization and communication skills, and is confident in driving progress, working closely with Engineering Program Management and cross-functional engineering teams to identify risks, manage requirements, and ensure the success of each program build. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience with facilitating and tracking program prototypes High attention to detail and proficient working with large data sets Minimum 2+ years of NPI program management experience related with program allocations, budgets, logistics, and overseas supplier/contract manufacturer management Ability to react to re-sets and changes in a time sensitive and fast pace environment Off-hour support required via email, phone or WebEx as needed Proven track record of excellent communication skills (written and verbal) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a large multi-functional team Strong proficiency in using AI tools to improve workflows Education: BA/BS degree or 2+ years industry experience Willing to travel if needed
