Salary: £48,000 per annum

Are you an experienced engineering professional with a passion for education and leadership? We’re seeking a dynamic Engineering Programme Lead to join our forward-thinking college in the heart of Yorkshire.

As the Engineering Programme Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aspiring engineers. This full-time role is split between:

• Teaching (3 days per week): Deliver engaging and industry-relevant teaching to Level 3 engineering apprentices.
• Programme Leadership (2 days per week): Oversee curriculum delivery, support teaching staff, ensure compliance with quality standards, and work closely with employers and stakeholders to maintain the highest standards across the programme.
