Company Description A rising Chinese EPC contractor in Shanghai specialized in offshore engineering. Job Description Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management. Lead project kick-offs and ongoing coordination meetings with internal teams (R&D, Design, Manufacturing, QA) and external partners. Monitor project progress against milestones, identify deviations proactively, and implement effective corrective actions. Technical Leadership & Delivery: Oversee the entire engineering project lifecycle from feasibility study and design to procurement, construction/installation, testing, and handover. Ensure all engineering deliverables comply with technical specifications, industry codes (e.g., ASME, ISO, API), and regulatory requirements. Manage technical documentation, design reviews, and change control processes. Stakeholder & Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations. Prepare and present clear project status reports, dashboards, and post-mortem analyses. Financial & Risk Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and forecast expenditures. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks (technical, schedule, supply chain). Team Leadership: Motivate and guide cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Chemical, or related field). PMP or equivalent project management certification is a strong plus. Minimum of [X] years of hands-on experience in engineering project management, preferably within the [Your Industry, e.g., Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Heavy Machinery, Automotive] sector.
