Job Description Summary Lead the development and implementation of new products at the GE Healthcare Repair Operations Center (ROC) in Oak Creek, WI. New product scope includes repair processes for parts that were not previously repaired, or duplication of repair processes that exist elsewhere. Activities include program management, technical leadership, and design transfer. Must be able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities to meet commitments. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Lead repair/refurbishment development activities adhering to process standards, project financials, and time constraints. Work with engineering teams to define requirements, release parts and develop methods/equipment. Work with sourcing and materials teams to source parts. Establish safe manufacturing processes and resolve safety concerns. Ensure compliance through documentation and execution of work instructions and verification/validation. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline and 2 years’ experience in production or engineering Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical and planning skills Proven ability to work in self-directed situations Desired Characteristics Project management experience Experience as a manufacturing engineer or equivalent Demonstrated ability to perform with high levels of ambiguity Experience working with in the medical device industry #LI-VS2 We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
