We’re looking for a technically minded, talented individual with hands-on electrical engineering aptitude and an analytical mind to join us as a Senior Project Manager.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering; Mechatronics or equivalent professional experience
· PMP is required
· 5-7 years experience in an Engineering Project Management role
· Professional experience in project/product management required, ideally in the field of cable/cable systems/connectivity and/or medical, industrial, rail and semiconductor technology
· Creativity, teamwork, communication skills, agility, and resilience
· Ability to travel (internationally) without restrictions
· Authentic, loyal and reliable personality with good interpersonal skills.
· Fluency, both written and verbal in English.

Responsibilities

· Project management and project planning with the goal of successfully implementing complex customer projects (from customer inquiry to start of series production)
· Leading complex customer projects in the cable systems business
· Technical and commercial processing of projects to completion
· Support for prototype construction and validation for series production
· Interface and detailed clarification with the relevant departments (especially sales, development, quality, production, management)
· Collaboration with engineering, supply chain, production, sales, and external customers
· Act as a primary contact with key internal and external customers and development of professional relationships in order to fully understand and correctly interpret their needs and expectations
· Monitor project progress, assess critical project issues and develop solutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction targets and objectives
· Monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets during execution
· Conduct project meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of projects to internal and external stakeholders
· Identify and react to complex project problems with due emphasis on timeline/critical path and budgetary constraints
