• Development and control of project plans between applications, engineering and operations.
• Regular review and reporting to the management team on the project status.
• Attendance & participation at production meetings
• Meeting with Shipping, Manufacturing, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Operations to ensure projects are running smoothly
• Primary Customer contact for all aspects of the project
• Creation of project risk analysis.
• Chairing of regular (weekly) project meetings ensuring that all disciplines attend; are enabled to take an active role and there are effective cross-functional relationships.
• To participate in the quality improvement process so that problems are tackled systematically and eliminated through continuous improvement.
• To support the production engineering function in terms of problem solving and continuous improvement projects
