Electrical Project Manager – Semiconductor Project

📍 Dresden, Germany💰 Salary: €100,000+ (Dependent on Experience)

We are working with a leading engineering contractor who is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a major semiconductor project in Dresden, Germany.This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager with experience delivering complex electrical and instrumentation projects within high-value industrial environments.

The Role:

• Manage day-to-day electrical project/site operations
• Coordinate project programmes, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Manage subcontractors, resources, materials, and progress reporting
• Oversee quality control and ensure works meet approved standards
• Lead site coordination meetings, look-ahead planning, and project reviews
• Work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery and handover
• Support health & safety compliance, permits, RAMS, and site standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Supervisor on large-scale projects
• Strong background in electrical engineering and project delivery
• Semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data centre, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred
• Instrumentation & electrical project experience highly advantageous
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive project performance
