As a Project Manager, you will play an important role in driving company-wide strategic capital projects, directly linked to our corporate strategy and key business objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders at the different levels in the organisation and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with lasting business impact. During the project you will be highly involved in the technical scope and interaction on all sub-processes and responsible of the seamless execution within the production locations. This role is located in Kruiningen and you will report to the Director Engineering, Project Management What You’ll Do: You are responsible for define the project scope, budget, spend, schedule and execution strategy in collaboration with senior leadership and the other key stakeholders; You are responsible for the full project execution from design till project handover of high-value, multi-disciplinary capital projects with company-wide impact; Ensure seamless execution of projects while adhering to quality, safety, and compliance standards; Manage project risks, budget, and performance indicators to drive world class projects; Supporting the development and enhancement of project management capabilities across the organization; Build, develop and coach your project team(s), fostering a culture of continuous improvement; Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering with 5+ years of project management experience, leading multidisciplinary large capital projects (preferably in the food/beverage industry); Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities; Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills and proven ability to perform in a matrix organisation; Proven track record of delivering complex projects (€5M - €50M) with up to 50 team members and ability to handle multiple priorities at the same time; Change management expertise with a continuous improvement mindset; Excellent communication, presentation and reporting skills in Dutch and English; Highly driven, creative, and a solution-oriented mindset. Flexibility and ability to travel and stay over depending on the location in EMEA where the project is executed.
